The product you will receive in your Period Kit will be pesticide free, chlorine free, free of GMOs, organic, and eco-conscious. So, you don’t need to worry about finding clean pads and tampons, we’ll do it for you!

Period cups are made of medical-grade silicone, which is soft and flexible allowing it to easily fit to your body. Plus, they are reusable, toxin-free, and won’t cause pH problems.  You can wash and wear a cup for each period, up to 5 years! 

These are general guidelines for use and weartime, but of course, it may vary person to person, depending on your flow. 

Period Cup: up to 12 hours

Pads: every 4 to 6 hours (unless it is a night-time pad, during which case you can wear for the duration of your sleep, but it may fill if you have a heavy flow and wear it for more than 8 hours)

Tampons: According to FDA guidelines, you should change your tampon every 4-8 hours. NEVER leave a tampon past 8 hours, as this could lead to harmful effects on the body, including Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). To be extra cautious, you should always try to use the least absorbent tampon possible. For example, if your flow is on the lighter side, use a light or regular tampon, not a super.
